The Regional Sponsors reserve the right to update the TOU at any time without notice to you. The most current version of the TOU can be reviewed by clicking on the "Terms of Use" hypertext link located at the bottom of our Web pages.

The Central California Regional Website content is subject to change without notice. While most sites are publicly accessible, certain services and information offered on-line may be restricted to specific users or segments of Regional customers and/or business partners.

You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available through the Central California Regional Website.
Unauthorized attempts to upload information or change information using access through this Central California Regional Website are strictly prohibited and may be punishable under all appropriate State and federal laws. The Regional Sponsors will be aggressive in seeking punishment for any party that causes harm to any Regional Sponsor’s server or information.
